Are you completely new to Pilates? Welcome, you have just taken your first step on an amazing journey. To get the most out of your Pilates experience, we recommend signing up for at least one private session. No matter how fit or athletic you are, Pilates is a new language to you and your body. After this introduction, you and your instructor can develop a strategy so you will achieve your Pilates goals.
