TWS I, II, III

Finally, an affordable way to start learning Pilates! The TWS Program was designed so that a novice could start working out on the Pilates apparatus in a group setting. The curriculum introduces a different key concept of the Pilates Method each session and reinforces these concepts as you learn the Mat, Reformer and Cadillac exercises.

Learn a completely new way to move your body and stimulate your mind.

TWS I introduces the core essential exercises and vocabulary to familiarize you with the equipment and how to initiate movement from your core. You will be amazed at how your body responds: you will feel taller and more energized and your friends will start to notice "something different" about you.

TWS II builds on your newly developed foundation and as your body starts to integrate the work, we continue to build strength and flexibility by layering on more difficult exercises. All transitions between exercises are taught, as well as how to properly set up the apparatus so that you can be more independent. Your body and mind will be engaged for the entire session.

TWS III focuses on putting it all together with more rhythm and flow. Here we refine your technique and let you enjoy your body moving the Pilates way with control and grace. Now you are ready jump in with confidence to one of our ongoing intermediate level classes. Congratulations!
