Total Workout System (TWS) Group Schedule
Our most popular offering! Learn in a safe, fun way with our 5 week course! TWS teaches you the principals of Pilates using both Mat and Reformer. Maximum group size is five participants.

Total Workout System, Our Ongoing Classes
For those who have prior Pilates experience, or are physically active and have no health issues, we invite you to join one of our ongoing classes. We ask that you take at least one private introductory session prior to joining an ongoing group so an instructor can introduce you to the equipment and movement, and ensure you transition into the group with confidence. You DO NOT need prior Pilates experience to join an ongoing group.

How do I register?
Register by emailing or phoning Anna with your contact information! (617-524-0118 or anna@bpilatesstudio.com).
When will classes begin?
If a class fills to the maximum of five participants it will be added to our schedule. All classes will begin as they fill.
How will I know the status of my class?
Anna will be keeping you updated with the status of your class through emails.
Do I need a private session before beginning my group?
No, Beginner Level classes do not require a private session beforehand.
