Boston Pilates Free Videos : This summer, Boston Pilates teamed up with diet.com to create 3 free videos that you can view thru the diet.com website or on YouTube. The first video, "The Best Pilates Core Workout", is a quick, 5 minute mat workout. Studio owner Paula is shown teaching 6 intermediate level mat exercises in a Private session. This video was such a popular success that it was mentioned in Boston Magazine! We hope you have enjoyed it!

Our second video, "The Best Pilates Exercises for Your Arms" was released in 2 versions; a shorter version (2:30mins) has been posted on YouTube and a longer (9:30 mins), more detailed version can be found on the diet.com website. The longer version provides helpful cueing and information about the exercises so that you keep your whole body engaged while focusing on your arms. Sarah holds one lb. weights for the video for maximal benefit. Have a look!

Our third video completes the series by offering an advanced level kick-butt mini workout for your glutes and thighs. For viewing, go to "Pilates Workout Routine for Toning Butt 'n Thighs". Remaining true to the classical Pilates tradition, you are encouraged to keep your core engaged and your body moving with precision and flow as you do these challenging exercises.
